DONUTS
  • 1/3 cup unbleached flour1 scoop Vanilla WheySmooth protein powder
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons of sweetner
  • 2 tablespoons applesauce (Butter substitute)
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 whole medium egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

Preheat an oven to 325 degrees.
Spray a donut pan with cooking spray. (Don't have one, just use a muffin pan for protein muffins!)
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl, slowly combine with wet ingredients. Add the mixture to the donut mold (Or muffin Pan).
Bake for 23-25 minutes
 
 
FROSTING
Directions
 
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.
Allow donuts to cool, take frosting and place in ziploc bag. Cut the tip of the ziploc bag and squeeze frosting onto donuts and finish with sprinkle topping!
